Raymond "Ray" Armour is an experienced personal injury paralegal and valuable member of the team at the King law firm. Ray is primarily responsible for new client intake, where he discusses with clients their potential claim and gathers all necessary information for new files. Ray answers clients questions on new and existing personal injury claims and schedules and prepares clients for recorded statements with insurance carriers. Ray prepares demand packages to insurance carriers and asists the attorneys with negotaiting settlements.
